Made with our fresh-milled whole grain flour and simple, clean ingredients, this mix creates light, fluffy pancakes and crisp, golden waffles with the rich flavour that only fresh-milled flour brings.

Naturally higher in protein and fibre, GMO-free, made with organic ingredients, and finished with real vanilla powder because honestly, no one should trust a pancake recipe without vanilla in it.

INGREDIENTS

Organic fresh-milled wheat flours with ancient grains, organic cane sugar, aluminum-free baking soda, aluminum-free baking powder, sea salt, organic cinnamon, organic vanilla bean powder, organic fresh-milled dehydrated sourdough culture.

HOW TO MAKE

For one batch (260 g mix):

1 egg
1¼ cups milk

Whisk together the egg and milk.
Add the pancake mix and stir just until combined. A few small lumps are perfectly fine.
Let the batter rest for 3 to 5 minutes.
Cook on a lightly greased skillet over medium heat until bubbles form and the edges begin to set. Flip and cook until golden brown.

For waffles: Use 1 cup of milk instead of 1¼ cups for a thicker batter, then cook in a preheated waffle iron until golden and crisp.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Our flour is at its very best within 6 months, when its fresh flavour and nutrition really shine. While it often keeps longer with proper storage, we recommend using it sooner for the best baking experience.

For long-term storage, simply refrigerate or freeze in an airtight container.
