Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how orders, payments, shipping, products, and the use of our website work. We have kept them as clear and straightforward as possible.
A few simple guidelines.
By visiting this website, using its features, or placing an order with Tevah Flour Co., you agree to the terms described on this page and to any related store policies linked below.
If anything is unclear, please contact us before placing your order. We would much rather answer a question than leave you guessing.
Orders and product availability
Orders are accepted through our website while products and available quantities last. Many of our products are milled, blended, or packed in small batches, so availability can occasionally change.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline or cancel an order, or correct an error in product information, pricing, or availability. If we cannot complete an order you have already paid for, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund or other solution.
Pricing and payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Payment is due at checkout using the payment methods made available through our Shopify store.
We work to keep prices, product details, and promotions accurate, but errors can happen. Prices and product availability may change without notice. Any discount, promotion, or special offer is subject to its stated conditions and availability.
Processing, shipping, and local pickup
We mill and prepare products in small batches. Most orders are ready for shipment or Cherryville farm pickup within three to five business days, although especially busy periods may require up to seven business days.
Shipping prices, delivery areas, larger-order information, and local pickup details are explained on our Shipping Information page.
Carrier delivery estimates begin after an order leaves our care and are not guaranteed by Tevah Flour Co. Delays caused by weather, carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
Incorrect shipping information and undeliverable orders
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, refused delivery, or returned shipment may be the customer's responsibility.
Returns, refunds, and order problems
Because flour, baking mixes, saffron, and other edible products cannot generally be returned to stock safely, we normally cannot accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind.
If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has another genuine problem, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs when relevant. We will review the situation and do our best to provide a reasonable solution.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our control.
Natural variation and baking results
Flour is an agricultural product, and natural differences between grain varieties, growing seasons, and harvests may create small variations in colour, aroma, flavour, texture, or hydration.
We work carefully to create consistent flour and baking mixes, but individual results can also be affected by recipes, measurements, ingredient substitutions, equipment, elevation, fermentation, storage, and baking technique.
Information and recipes on this website are provided as helpful guidance and do not guarantee an identical result in every kitchen.
Ingredients and allergens
Our flour and baking mixes are produced in a facility that processes wheat. Some individual products also contain ingredients such as dairy or soy, which are identified in the product information and on the package label.
Our production facility also uses pecans. Although we follow organized food-handling and production practices, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free from trace amounts of pecans due to shared production space.
Health and educational information
Information shared on this website about flour, grain, enrichment, MTHFR, food sensitivities, nutrition, or personal experience is provided for general education and to explain the story behind our products.
It is not individual medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our flour contains wheat and gluten and is not suitable for people with celiac disease or a wheat allergy.
Wholesale and business inquiries
Information submitted through our retail and wholesale partnership form is an inquiry only. Submitting the form does not guarantee approval, product availability, exclusivity, credit terms, pricing, territory protection, or the creation of a wholesale account.
Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, delivery arrangements, and other business terms may be provided separately and can change as our products, costs, and distribution grow.
Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, use automated tools in a harmful way, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers, or our business.
Photos, recipes, writing, and branding
Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, recipes, written content, page designs, graphics, product names, branding, and other original materials on this website belong to Tevah Flour Co. or are used with permission.
Please do not copy, republish, sell, distribute, or use our content commercially without written permission. Sharing a link to our website or properly crediting a brief reference is always welcome.
Third-party services and links
Our store uses Shopify and may connect with payment processors, shipping carriers, apps, social media platforms, and other third-party services. Their websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not mean that we control or guarantee their content, products, or services.
Website availability and errors
We work to keep the website useful, secure, and accurate, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be completely free of errors.
We may update, correct, remove, or temporarily suspend website content and features when needed.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tevah Flour Co. is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses resulting from website interruption, third-party services, carrier delays, improper product storage, undisclosed allergies, or the use of products in a way that is inconsistent with their labels or intended purpose.
Nothing on this page removes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Privacy
Our use of personal information is explained on our Privacy page and in the full Store Privacy Policy .
